Fresh Guacamole from La Paloma Restaurant
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Avocado
1 1/2 tsp. Finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. Finely chopped tomato
1 1/2 tsp. Finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. Finely chopped fresh Serrano chili
1/4 Cup Cream
The juice of one fresh lime
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
Take the avocado out of its peel and place in a bowl. Mash it gently with a fork.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix carefully. Enjoy!
